Event Bookings:

• For event bookings, including weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions, cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit or advance payment.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may result in a partial refund, subject to our discretion and any applicable cancellation fees.

Dinner Reservations:

• For dinner reservations, we kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations at least [X] hours prior to your reservation time.
• Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Catering Orders:

• Catering orders may be cancelled up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled date may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Refunds:

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment, and may take [X] business days to reflect in your account.
